1. 2.制動(dòng)蹄片一般由鐵襯板和摩擦材料兩部分組成，一定不要等摩擦材料部分都磨沒了才更換蹄片。例如捷達(dá)車的前制動(dòng)蹄片，新片的厚度為14毫米，而更換的極限厚度是7毫米，其中包括3毫米多的鐵襯板厚度和近4毫米的摩擦材料厚度。一些車輛帶有制動(dòng)蹄片報(bào)警功能，一旦達(dá)到了磨損極限，儀表會(huì)報(bào)警提示更換蹄片。達(dá)到了使用極限的蹄片必須更換，即使尚能使用一段時(shí)間，也會(huì)降低制動(dòng)的效果，影響行車的安全。

4.更換制動(dòng)蹄片時(shí)必須使用專用工具將制動(dòng)分泵頂回。不能用其他撬棍硬壓回，這樣易導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)鉗導(dǎo)向螺絲彎曲，使剎車片卡死。
