Automatic transmission slip is one of the common faults of automatic transmission. The oil leakage of automatic transmission is the early cause of automatic transmission slipping.

液壓控制系統(tǒng)的各連接部位上都有油封和密封墊，這些部件是常發(fā)生漏油的地方。液壓系統(tǒng)漏油會引起油路壓力下降，而油位下降則會引起自動變速箱打滑。自動變速器易發(fā)生漏油部位，應(yīng)逐一進(jìn)行檢查?？偨Y(jié)來說造成自動變速箱打滑有以下七個原因。

There are oil seals and gaskets on the connecting parts of the hydraulic control system, which are the places where oil leakage often occurs. The oil leakage of the hydraulic system will cause the pressure drop of the oil circuit, and the oil level drop will cause the automatic transmission to slip. The parts of automatic transmission prone to oil leakage shall be inspected one by one. To sum up, there are seven reasons for automatic transmission slipping.

1.自動變速箱油面太低

2.自動變速箱油面過高，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中被行星排劇烈攪動后產(chǎn)生大量氣泡

2. The oil level of the automatic transmission is too high, and a large number of bubbles are produced when it is stirred violently by the planetary row during operation

3.離合器或制動器摩擦片、制動帶磨損過甚或燒焦

3. The friction plate and band of clutch or brake are worn or burnt

4.油泵磨損過甚或主油路泄露，造成油路油壓過低

4. The oil pump is worn too much or the main oil circuit leaks, resulting in low oil pressure in the oil circuit

5.單向超越離合器打滑

6.離合器或制動器活塞密封圈損壞，導(dǎo)致漏油

自動變速箱打滑故障，總的來說，都可以通過自動變速箱油位與品質(zhì)來分辨。如自動變速箱油位過低，但無雜質(zhì)，則查找漏油處進(jìn)行修 復(fù)故障基本可排除；如自動變速箱油位過高，無雜質(zhì)，調(diào)整自動變速箱油位，故障基本可排除；如自動變速箱油呈棕黑色或有燒焦味，則應(yīng)拆解變速箱，排查是否內(nèi)部零件（摩擦片、制動帶等）存在磨損。

Generally speaking, the slip fault of automatic transmission can be distinguished by the oil level and quality of automatic transmission. If the oil level of the automatic transmission is too low, but there are no impurities, the oil leakage can be found and repaired, and the fault can be basically eliminated; If the oil level of automatic transmission is too high and there is no impurity, the fault can be basically eliminated by adjusting the oil level of automatic transmission; If the automatic transmission oil is brownish black or has burnt smell, disassemble the transmission to check whether the internal parts (friction plate, brake belt, etc.) are worn.
