自動(dòng)變速箱使用時(shí)間長（一般為兩年或六萬公里）不更換，油液就會(huì)變質(zhì)；或者是液力變矩器鎖止功能失效；或者是自動(dòng)變速箱散熱器堵塞或散熱有個(gè)彎曲，都會(huì)使自動(dòng)變速箱溫度過高。

If the automatic transmission is not replaced for a long time (generally two years or 60000 km), the oil will deteriorate; or the locking function of the hydraulic torque converter will fail; or the radiator of the automatic transmission is blocked or bent, which will cause the temperature of the automatic transmission to be too high.

自動(dòng)變進(jìn)水一般有兩種情況，種：發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液通過散熱器進(jìn)入自動(dòng)變速箱；第二種：雨水或洗車水從自動(dòng)變速箱透氣孔進(jìn)入。自動(dòng)變速箱進(jìn)水后，車輛故障并不會(huì)在時(shí)間顯示，因此車主要實(shí)時(shí)對(duì)變速箱油進(jìn)行觀察。

Generally, there are two kinds of water entering the automatic transmission: the first is that the engine coolant enters the automatic transmission through the radiator; the second is that the rainwater or car washing water enters the automatic transmission through the vent. After the automatic transmission is flooded, the vehicle fault will not be displayed at the first time, so the vehicle mainly observes the transmission oil in real time.

3.油面高度差誤大

油位過低，油泵將吸入空氣，使油液與空氣混合；油位過高，會(huì)使行星齒輪和其他旋轉(zhuǎn)部分浸在變速箱中，發(fā)生攪動(dòng)油液現(xiàn)象。無論是過高或過低，都會(huì)導(dǎo)致自動(dòng)變速箱油變質(zhì)，從而出現(xiàn)故障。

If the oil level is too low, the oil pump will take in air to mix the oil with the air; if the oil level is too high, the planetary gear and other rotating parts will be immersed in the transmission and the oil will be agitated. Whether it is too high or too low, will lead to automatic transmission oil deterioration, resulting in failure.

4.摩擦片打滑

離合器、制動(dòng)器的摩擦元件打滑也會(huì)引起變速箱油的變質(zhì)，這種現(xiàn)象會(huì)導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速很高，但車速上升緩慢的故障，往往換擋也會(huì)受影響。

The sliding of friction elements of clutch and brake will also cause the deterioration of transmission oil. This phenomenon will lead to high engine speed, but the fault of slow speed rise will often affect the shift.

5.金屬零件磨損嚴(yán)重

變速箱油液中存在大量的金屬碎末，主要是由于變速箱內(nèi)的金屬零件磨損嚴(yán)重，如變速箱內(nèi)的中間軸、軸承、離合器鋼片、離合器盅等等。

There are a lot of metal debris in the gearbox oil, which is mainly due to the serious wear of metal parts in the gearbox, such as the intermediate shaft, bearing, clutch steel plate, clutch cup and so on.

這種現(xiàn)象大多出現(xiàn)在自動(dòng)變速箱進(jìn)水后但未進(jìn)行解體大修，而只是更換變速箱油后繼續(xù)使用。在使用過程中往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)摩擦片脫落的現(xiàn)象。

This phenomenon mostly occurs after the automatic transmission is flooded, but it is not disassembled and overhauled, and it is only used after changing the transmission oil. In the process of use, the friction plate often falls off.
